The Tyler Catholic School Foundation is a non-profit charitable corporation founded in 1983. It is an organization of dedicated Tyler citizens authorized by charter to solicit, receive, and invest gifts for the benefit of the School System [St. Gregory Elementary School, Bishop T.K. Gorman Middle and High Schools].

Its purpose is to perpetuate and expand a stable funding base to finance extraordinary School System needs, scholarship aid, and teaching excellence. The fifteen members of the Board of Directors give freely of their time, knowledge, and experience to maximize income through safe and profitable investment strategies. As an incorporated entity, the Foundation is independently responsible for its business affairs. The Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of creed, sex, race, color, or ethnic origin.
